The purpose of « Les Greniers »
An innovative and collaborative project.
In a context of economic, social and ecological crisis that mandates new models in terms of working, consuming and living together we believe that collective citizen initiatives contribute to a more respectful society for human kind and environment.
Les Greniers de Vineuil are one of those remarkable initiatives. What does it consist in ?
Cooperation between local stakeholders
By grouping, we increase our visibility which expands communication around our activities; we increase our attractiveness and consequently attendance of the shop. By working together, we share some resources and thus decrease the cost for each of the stakeholder. In addition, we can support each other and mobilize our collective intelligence.
An ecosystem of activities
Les Greniers de Vineuil is an original place that works in a collaborative and participative fashion: bed and breakfast, creperie, shop selling local products and crafts, art gallery, associative space.
Temporary activities such as concerts, conferences, workshops, trainings, etc. complete the offer above.
Diversity of stakeholders and audience
The different stakeholders and audience enhance social and generational diversity. The different activities , the variety of people involved, all contribute to creating a relaxing atmosphere that facilitate meetings and sharing.
Local development
Within the project, we promote local products at the shop and the restaurant. We increase visibility for the local artists and craftsmen within the gallery and through the layout of the place.
The eco-responsible pledge
We commit to :
Favour stakeholders from the Pays des Châteaux, meaning we choose the « hyper local »;
Offer products that are 100% homemade from mostly local raw materials;
Reduce trash, use renewable energies, favour car-pooling and biking ;
Share space and means to reduce our dependency to fossil energies.
Creativity, innovation and experimentation
With this innovative project, we imagine and experiment new ways of working, trading and living together in an eco-responsible way.
